By accessing this website and using our service, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Our service provides a platform to connect users seeking transportation to third-party drivers. You acknowledge that TaxE does not provide transportation services or function as a transportation carrier.
To use most aspects of our services, you must register for and maintain an active personal user account. You must be at least 18 years of age to obtain an account. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your account.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the services and you may only use the services for lawful purposes. You will not, in your use of the services, cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage, whether to the third-party provider or any other party.
You understand that use of the services may result in charges to you for the services or goods you receive. Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. All charges are due immediately and payment will be facilitated by TaxE using the preferred payment method designated in your account.
You shall be responsible for the cost of repair for damage to, or necessary cleaning of, third-party provider vehicles and property resulting from use of the services under your account in excess of normal "wear and tear" damages and necessary cleaning ("Repair or Cleaning"). In the event that a third-party provider reports the need for Repair or Cleaning, and such Repair or Cleaning request is verified by TaxE in its reasonable discretion, TaxE reserves the right to facilitate payment for the reasonable cost of such Repair or Cleaning using your payment method on file. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for any incident that requires professional cleaning services.
You shall be responsible for the cost of repair for any damage to a third-party provider's vehicle or other property resulting from your use of the Services under your account. In the event of such damage, TaxE reserves the right to facilitate payment for the reasonable cost of such repair, using your payment method on file.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TAXE DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, NOT EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS. IN NO EVENT SHALL TAXE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY AND/OR DUE FROM YOU IN THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIM.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the service after such changes take effect will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of and agreement to the new terms.
